A Regency House Renovation. Aldeburgh, Suffolk

A rare and beautiful building left to rot! This was a complete overhaul maintaining and restoring as many original features as possible. The ground floor underwent major structural work to create an open plan space rather than have 2 smaller rooms.

Much of the design work, selection of floors and finishes was done by Charles Lee again meeting the clients budget and vision.
