A Victorian Cottage. Cambridge

A complete renovation on a run down 2 bedroom cottage. The works included a one story extension to add a larger kitchen area allowing the bathroom to be moved upstairs.

The building was stripped out, maintaining any original features, re-plumbed, rewired and re-plastered following damp course. A new budget kitchen and bathroom was designed and installed finished with slate tiles plus oak flooring through the ground floor and some cosmetic features using reclaimed beams such fireplace and oak frame holding bathroom sink..

The garden was completely re landscaped.
